Jackson Public Schools congratulates the newest members of Jackson Middle College Cohort IV and celebrates their dedication, determination and commitment to excellence.

This prestigious recognition honors individuals whose leadership and influence are helping shape industries, communities, and institutions across Mississippi.

In this role, she will provide strategic leadership for Talent Operations and help ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant personnel processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Cline brings four years of experience within the Early Childhood Department, having previously served as a curriculum lead and Director of Library Services.

GEAR UP will follow participating scholars from middle school through high school graduation and into their first year of postsecondary education, providing sustained opportunities for academic preparation, career exploration, college exposure, mentoring and family support.
