  I’ve been teaching for 18 years. 
• What is a major goal you want to accomplish this year? 
  My goal is to foster a growth mindset in all students, helping them to embrace challenges and view failures as opportunities for growth. 
• Why do you enjoy teaching? 
  I enjoy teaching because I love making a positive impact on students’ lives and seeing them grow and succeed.
